Insurance Survey Tool
Largest humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the cause of poverty and injustice. The organization having more than 250 branches all over the world.
Challenge: Insurance group of organization is mainly responsible for 1200+ buildings, 7000 vehicles and 10000+ employees / volunteer's insurance. They were mainly taking all the data on manual papers/spread sheets/ word documents. So, it was taking around 6 months time to collect and process the data to provide it to Insurance Companies for the quotation and work order issuance.
Solution: We have developed a SharePoint 2010 based survey tool, which will allow the end user's to provide their building, vehicles and employee/volunteer details. The solution was developed using Agile Methodology (Scrum Model) to have better control over project management. We have worked with the team, who are spread over the globe, but we achieved more than expected because of the well trained & skillful team members.
